Intro to Trail Running
Sundays, 8:00 am... 6-Week Session
Perfect for new runners and road runners who haven't yet experienced the trails. Coach Vincent Zito will lead the run, cover trail running basics, and choose trails appropriate for the group. A great way to discover the amazing trails of Weston, Easton and Redding! Class includes a FREE personalized training plan for each runner. 7 spots left – register today!

For runners seeking their next big accomplishment – those who wish to prove that "nothing is impossible" – the challenge of a 50-Mile Ultra-Marathon race can help you discover yourself in a totally new inspiring way. You can do it! This 12-week group class will give you the customized training plan, guidance, and support you need. We'll train with a goal to enter the 2016 Vermont 50 in September. Enrollment is limited to 8 runners.
